This easy to use fitness planner is amazing! The reason I say its the best ever created is because it incorporates every aspect of your workout and day.

1. This planner begins with the day and day of the week.

2. Then it has a place to put your daily goals.

3. Then it has your focus section. You can choose from (core, arms, cardio, booty, legs, or rest day).Ê

4. Then you have your nutrition section for the day. It has a place to enter your Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner and Snacks.Ê Then it has a place to write in the (carbs, protein, fiber, and calories).

5. You enter your water intake for the day and a place to check if you have taken any vitamin supplements.Ê

6. Lastly, is the exercise journal entries. You put in (exercise name, sets, reps, weight, time, and distance).
