The "Fish Taco" is a detailed account of the places and stories behind San Diego's most popular native dish. High school students at High Tech High North County profiled an assortment of restaurants that make San Diego the fish taco capital of the Unites States and a link to Baja California culture. Students also profiled and wrote about the conservation issues that this industry is having on the fish in the taco.
