I was eating three or four times a day and eating everything that came my way. Also, I drank some--not excessively, but some whisky and some beer, and occasionally some wine and cocktails--about the average amount of drinking the average man does.
What I am trying to say is: there is hope for everyone; because in the end I managed to loose weight and I now feel very good about myself....and the best thing is: you won't have to do any strenuous exercise!
