TRIZ facilitator without TRIZ thinking habits and skills is hollow regardless of her / his experience and success rate. TRIZ thinking provides the facilitator with flexibility, impressive abilities, and clear understanding of situations she / he faces.

It rather comprises some analytical approaches well-proven by extensive TRIZ practice; author considers these approaches complementary to GB TRIZ analysis and potentially useful for some GB TRIZ projects the facilitator might face.
