Hal Chidsey was a long time resident of North Royalton, Ohio. Before his death, he decided to record in writing, with the encouragement of his family, many of the stories of his life that have been shared for decades. As a music teacher for North Royalton and Brecksville, he was the author of the alma mater for both high schools. In this writing he includes stories of his farm beginnings, his service to the U.S. Armed Forces and family favorites. This project has been completed and edited by his son, Ronald Chidsey.
