The doctrine in what has become known as the King Follett Discourse represents the fullness of Joseph SmithÕs doctrinal teaching. The present work is an attempt to not only amalgamate all the now-available notes of the sermon, it attempts to ÔreconstructÕ the sense of the original sermon by Ôfilling-inÕ from other sources Ñspecifically other words of Joseph Smith Ñ which treat the same subjects. Several appendices help elucidate this important discourse.
