Similar to the black & white edition, but with two thirds of photos and illustrations in colour and printed on thicker paper. 106 printed pages, over 120 photos and illustrations. A reasonably good quality publication.
NB: LULU now charge the author £19.78 (Aug 2012),hence there is currently NO profit for the author at the current retail price, but he's leaving it at cost price for those who want a colour copy. A nice addition to one's bookshelf nontheless.
