I believe we have the potential to learn and store enormous quantities of information in our brains, and IÕm not alone in my thinking. Nor is this thinking a new concept by any means. There are already many tried-and-tested methods that have been developed by interested minds over the years to help aid and improve the memory.
During the course of my research for this book, I developed a real love for the blessings of mnemonics and the mind, which ultimately led to my revelation Ð the value, importance and power of repetition.
