This book is an abridged version of a bigger book, "A Primer of the Zeta Race". It discusses information received from extraterrestrial beings who spoke through the medium, Paul Hamden. The purpose of the Zeta presence, as well as the technical and scientific ideas discussed in the bigger book, are introduced in order to make the subject matter more accessible.
