This book aims to simplify the rules of tajwid by representing them in a visually appealing way. The notes are thus very brief as the text is meant to be studied with the aid of a teacher who would provide greater detail and clarity. If the reader does not have access to such a teacher, the text should be read in conjunction with Murshid al-QariÕ by QariÕ Saleem Gaibie, as this book is primarily based on that text.
The first part of this book deals with the general rules of tajwid. The second part consists of exercises on the topics covered in the previous section. The third part consists of single-page summaries of the topics covered in part one. The last part deals with tajwid rules that are found only in certain specific ayat.
