The goal of this workbook is to provide girls with a resource to level up their mental game and their performance on the field. This will prepare girls to play at the next level and to compete and succeed on the field. This will help girls unlock mental blocks and unlock potential within. The book is designed to give players mental exercises and applications to actively do throughout the book so they can actively build their mindset while working through the book.
