The American Secret Service has gained intelligence suggesting that a Chinese tongÑthe Tong of a Thousand DevilsÑis planning to kidnap a Japanese prince who will shortly arrive in England. The tong plan to hold the prince hostage, the price for release being the removal of Japanese forces from China.
But if not Wu Fang, which felonious mastermind can be behind this daring plot? It takes very little time for Saville and Williams to discover they are up against none other than Wu FangÕs son...Chung Ah Fang! And this man proves to be every bit as cunning and slippery as his father.
