This work offers a new perspective on the value of Martial Arts Training in modern society. People of all ages in our increasingly congested world really do need to consider the many benefits gained through training in a Martial Arts discipline. I hope this work awakens many more people to recognise Martial Arts training as an excellent personal development practice.
