Nothing has been more difficult for me on my path to better health than trying to keep track of my exercise and food intake on a daily basis.
I never could find a diary that truly worked for me. One that made it easy for me to keep track not just of calories but of water intake, daily intake of fruits and veggies, exercise, etc.
So I created my own. And it works! I hope it works for you.
