This book is not a prediction about the end of the world. To say that one can even predict the end of the world is ridiculous, silly, and false. What this book does chronicle though is the process in which the world as we know might end; human greed, inaccuracy and irrationality will destroy nations, upset the world balance, burn the economy and play pattycake-pattycake-bakerÕs-man with danger and deceit.
