This is a biographical account of a young college student during World War II who enlists after the bombing of Pearl Harbor. His story is pieced together from old photos, personal accounts, saved papers and official records because he did not live to tell his own story. He left a widow and a son who was born after his death. The author, Hannah Dosch, is his great granddaughter.
