Gloria Ledbetter is 30 years old and struggling to understand why she's still employed as a certified pharmacy technician (CPhT) instead of, say, a rock star. With the help of her co-workers, the angry public, and her own personal Yoda, however, Gloria comes to realize that one can be a rock star, regardless of their job description.
