Halima Hassan is 23 years old and living with her loving, if somewhat overbearing family in a council flat in East London. She is fed up and angry at the way the Government and other people treat her and disabled people. She has cerebral palsy and uses a lightwriter to communicate with. She wants something to be done, not only by the Government, but by everyone, to help people with disabilities achieve equality.
