In early December of 2021 I met a poet from India
with a beautiful style of writing. I invited her to be a
select member of my international poetry group and
we struck up a friendship. We soon after began writing
together and we have now produced our first book of
poetry, fifty-five poems, ÒMelodiesÕ of Yearning Hearts.Ó
A blending of Indian and American styles from classical
prose to an eclectic blend of western cultured metaphors
that have an unmistakable musical rhythm as well as spiritual
poems. Poetry is both timeless and unique from Eastern and
Western influences, but True Love needs no interpretation.
I know the reader will feel this love, it canÕt be measured in
lines or pages, it is timeless, and she is my Juliet, and you can
call me Romeo, if you must. But we have many more poems
and books left and when itÕs all said and doneÉ it will have a
happy ending. Hope you enjoy our timeless love on full display.
