To remove or not remove: A village Dr.Õs dilemma is sequel autobiography of life I lead from 2006 to 2012 in the UK. People helped for humanity and saving me from being destroyed by harsh times. Its warmth and kindness people hardly think exists in UK. Some went to extremes making certain my UK adventure did not end in vain. Entrenched visa problem and foot dragging regarding genuine request to change my visa to student status delayed improving my medical skills and helping people.I slept rough in parks and in safe streets.Political instability at home reached crescendo forcing me seek asylum for fear of regime bent on jailing critics and human right defenders or saboteur. I got into unwanted political mud for writing books critical of rural health delivery, human rights, lack of real freedom and good governance leading the regime to perceive me saboteur. I write raising awareness and money for building a village hospital.Purchasing it or donating cash/kind would help our dream for rural healthcare
