Families are brought together in many different ways. All children need a loving home with structure, security, and safety. Through this musical children's book, a family's story comes to life through magnificent illustrations and real-life situations. Every child has a story and needs to share their story with the world. Dr. VW participated in the class project with her students by writing and publishing a children's book in her Elementary General Music Methods Course at Central College in Pella, Iowa during the Spring of 2023. Sarah and her husband Shane, along with their two oldest children, Ella and Tyce, became a family of six when they adopted Macy and Liam from the Iowa Foster Care System on May 30, 2023. Together they will always be a family.
