This is the third book in a series on Bridge Squeezes and considers the positions where one defender is squeezed in three suits. 169 positions are described as diagrams showing the cards remaining and how each position is played. There are also 184 examples which are drawn from several sources Ð the authorÕs own experience, friends, books, submissions, creations and newspaper articles. These examples show how the basic position was reached and the preparation needed to achieve it. The author uses his mnemonic TOWEL (threats, over, winners, entries, losers) to categorise and analyse each position and describe its essential characteristics.
