Turkey Notes were created from a tradition Dr. Bobby Doscher learned as the assistant curator at the Putnam Museum in Davenport, Iowa. While there she helped to create one of the first childrenÕs hands-on rooms. Since then she has used Turkey Notes to learn about othersÕ experiences. Presented as small scrolls at each place setting, these ÒnotesÓ are questions, which range from the thoughtful to the fun. Questions such as ÒWhat did you learn this yearÓ are designed to help the guests get to know each other better.
