The Fall 2016 issue of Turtle River (issue number four) marks the fourth quarterly release for the journal signifying a full calendar year of publication. It brings together an eclectic collection of works from a group of talented artists and writers. This issue is chock full of poetry and fiction. All proceeds go to the printing of future issues.
