As Vladimir Maskhadov enters adulthood in the early 1980Õs in Russia, he is persuaded by a friend to work for a criminal gang in Moscow. His lifelong hatred toward the US, is his motivation for making the organization one of the most feared mafia gangs in the world. He becomes obsessed with a plan to destroy the US. Over the course of 15 years, he accumulates enough power and wealth to access the resources he needs to manipulate markets, bribe foreign government officials and start a war in order to bring his plan to fruition. As he makes his final moves to destroy the US, he loses the discipline that brought him success and his allies are now his enemies and he finds himself in a battle for his own life.
