Dubai, UAE is a place where Òthe bestÓ is absolutely the number one priority. The city is full of Òthe bestÓ architecture, cars, gadgets, and property. The city strives on being the best, but what the world doesnÕt see are those who make Òthe bestÓ possible. People are unable or unwilling to see the hundreds of thousands, even millions who come to the city to work. These are not those who drive Lamborghinis, own mansions, or work in the skyscrapers; they are the people who literally built the city, clean the city, and raise the children. This project focuses on the women who travel to Dubai to make a better life for themselves by becoming domestic workers.
