This article states that Vagrancy statutes are unconstitutional, following the United States Supreme Court Cases of Lochner vs. New York, and NAACP vs. Button. Moreover, a police officer, a prosecutor, and a judge can go to jail for long term incarceration under 18 United States Code Section 242.
