Over nearly a decade, from 2014 to 2023, I uncovered the complete rot within the following governmental organizations detailed in this book:

=> Office of [Use-LESS] Counsel (OSC)
=> The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs
=> Merit-(LESS) System Protection Board (MSPB)
=> (UN)-Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC)
=> The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs Office of Resolution [MIS]-Management (ORM)

The United States government is a profoundly dysfunctional, mismanaged mess. Corruption is commonplace. Our government typically fails to serve the people who need it most. Instead, it seeks to vilify ordinary Americans just trying to survive.

This book is a dark, introspective look into a small aspect of the dysfunctional American government with anecdotal examples of its ill effects. I feel lucky to have survived and understand that not everyone was or is as fortunate. After a lifetime of experiences and deep reflection, I feel compelled to express my strong disapproval of anyone enduring an unhealthy work environment. The broken state of The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs is particularly distressing, given its mission to provide the utmost care and respect to our nationÕs military communities.

Regrettably, this is far from the reality experienced daily, particularly at Veterans Health Administration facilities nationwide. My experiences with this organization scarred me deeply, and I regret ever working there. As a Military Veteran and Military Wife, I find the conduct of The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs and the entire civil service system labyrinth appalling and utterly disgusting.

This book serves as a platform for advocacy, and I sincerely hope for real change to occur. I pursued all the legal avenues available in the past, but the profoundly dysfunctional civil service and American legal systems severely limited and impeded my options and progress. Publishing this book is my way of taking command. I urge others to advocate for change, ensuring genuine transformation and swift justice are achieved. Despite the challenges, I hope we can witness these changes in our lifetime.
