The 2014 ÒVisions in the VilleÓ summer studio explored AggievilleÕs potential as the community looks toward the future. The studio spanned eight weeks and was offered by the Department of Landscape Architecture and Regional & Community Planning at Kansas State University. It was directed by Associate Professors Blake Belanger and Howard Hahn, and involved fourteen mid-level graduate landscape architecture students. This book, Visions in the Ville: Looking Toward the Next 125 Years Volume 2, presents community planning and design ideas for stimulating dialogue about the future of Aggieville. The 5 proposals build upon evidence-based design strategies created through a process called Critical Mapping, presented in Visions in the Ville: Looking Toward the Next 125 Years Volume 1.
