This is a manual for operating a Venturing Officers Association (VOA)in the Spanish Fork Utah South Stake of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Spanish Fork, Utah. This VOA has a presidency of five young men, and also has representatives from the Priests Quorums/Venturing Crews from the seven wards in the stake. The Manual contains a description of a VOA, step-by-step plans its organization, vision statement, code and bylaws, and a number of materials associated with its program and activities.
