Ink ClubÑWHSÕs creative writing groupÑspent the entire school year developing and sharing their own stories. Indeed, it was my privilege as club sponsor to watch students find the courage express their ideas and experiences through writing, and to also see how committed they were in supporting each other.
These values that Ink Club lived by led it to sponsor this literary journal, with the hope that it would extend the opportunity to share and celebrate stories to the entire school community.
Within these pages, youÕll read insightful, poignant lines of poetry; youÕll find brilliant reflections on friendship, adversity and loss; and youÕll find celebrations of school activities such as cheerleading and soccer, band and footballÑbut also hunting and bonfires and, perhaps most importantly, home.
