In the fictitious city of Worldsville, there exists the uptown western neighborhood, inhabited mostly by Christians, and the east central neighborhood, inhabited by Muslims. The east central neighborhood is run by crime bosses such as Salam the Insane, Oshama Bin-Aladin, and Mahmoud Imadarnnutjob. When the local Sheriff of the city, a cowboy named Shrub, wants to bring these crime bosses to justice, he is told to go easy on them by Judge Coffey-Ahman. Shrub goes easy on the crime bosses until some of their gang members fly crop dusters into his silo. A series of gun battles follow in this somewhat humorous pro-Western civilization, pro-America satire on the clash of civilizations and the War on Terrorism.
