This book was born out of a desire to improve my own health issues during the 2020 pandemic. I created this book of recipes based upon my own needs and my passion for cooking. My husband and I have had such great results by a simple lifestyle change that we started a non-profit to help families in underserved communities find joy in basic, low cost alternatives to proper eating.
We use all (100%) of the proceeds from this book to provide wellness training programs based on strengthening mind, body and spirit to children in the same underserved communities.
