Why did Daddy go to Prison? is the story of a young boy who questions why his Father is in Prison.
The boy's Father,unloved as a child and submitting to peer pressure,has committed a crime and has been confined to Prison since his son was four years old. The story explores how a dysfunctional family and emotional difficulties have adversely affected his life.
Rather than dismissing all wrong-doers as criminals, it tries to probe deeper into the psyche of such people and why they may commit such acts. Perhaps more importantly,it considers how people can change and be rehabilitated and how unconditional love and trust play a vital part in helping them reform.
