The author, a graduate of West Point, and student of electrical engineering, mathematics, and people, gives his take on what makes for the minimums for a successful business venture. Especially mentioned are the personal factors which can weigh us down, he believes, not simply the planning for the venture itself. He examines his own life "failures", and how these held him back in many ways. He has had a great deal of such "failings", and regards such as Training, which is often not available, actually, from books.
