The LAND 7130 Studio IV is taught as an advanced Master of Landscape Architecture (MLA) graduate studio emphasizing natural systems analysis as a basis for site planning large-scale community facilities and parks. The 2014 studio will focus on a main street revitalization plan (Enterprise Zone) for Wilson Avenue, in Prichard, AL. The objectives of this studio include:
¥ Engage analysis and evaluation of site suitability for main street planning
¥ Participate in civic participation for master planning and design
¥ Develop planning and design vignettes of space, connectivity, ecology and art.
