This workbook is designed to educate learners on a range of personal and social barriers including confidence building, self esteem, and acknowledging the strengths in their own diversity.
It is recommended that a Facilitator or Trainer selects the activities in the order they would like to carry them out. This can be based on individual learner needs.
Every work skills learner should have their own copy of this workbook to complete and keep for future job searching efforts.
There is a Facilitator Feedback section at the end of the workbook to offer the opportunity to provide feedback to the learners.
It is recommended that employment support staff, employment coaches and employment consultants are provided with a copy of the completed workbook to support the learner in their job-seeking efforts.
