The memoirs and journals of William Paul Bovett. Book 1 covers the period from 1930s to 1970s. It consists mainly of retrospective memories under several different headings, augmented with three primary sources - a daily diary from 1955, a birdwatching diary, and letters written whilst on National Service in Singapore.
