This book contains guidelines and information related to the practice of Yoga. It is a simple publication containing a variety of works from the vast path of Yoga. It describes what is Yoga, some of the basic practices, as well as many of the benefits that it can be attained by pursuing a Yoga way of life. The book presents many ways to develop into higher state of awareness, it explains what to do, how to do and hands on many practices to achieve state of dynamic relation, vital for the development of a constructive wealth and health, physical wellness, mental calmness and emotional balance and of course on the state of body, mind and emotions required for meditation and spiritual realizations. Many years on the path and practices of Yoga inspire me to write this book hoping that it would be of a good use for those who research and commit to this complex journey.
