It explores key issues that influence the success of young people's involvement with decision making bodies and processes. It provides young people with a sound basis upon which to become involved in any participation experience.
The 12 sessions and over 40 activities enable young people to gain an understanding of values and choices; types of youth participation; human and youth rights; team work and problem solving; communication and handling conflict; types of decision making and becoming confident in meetings and committees.
